Our first session will always start with Fitness Assessment & Consult

Assessment Includes:

  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Resting Blood Pressure
  • Girth Measurements
  • Bodyfat % (if in person)
  • Postural Screen
  • Functional Movement Screens
  • Cardiorespiratory Fitness Assessment (3 levels)
  • Muscular Endurance Assessment
  • Muscular Strength Assessment
  • Flexibility Assessment
  • Consultation on Goals & Timelines

Any of the above assessments can be omitted. We only need to do tests that you feel comfortable doing.
